TRI-GAMES ITALY 2021 & NEXT WEBINAR

STATEMENT OF REGULATORY INTENT  Down Syndrome International Swimming Organization is working with the LOC in Italy & FISDIR for the 1st Open European Tri-Games in Ferrara, Italy from 4-10th October 2021 to ensure the rules and safety measures we have in place are observed to keep all athletes, coaches & officials safe during this event.

Jonathan Henry

VOTE FOR JONATHAN Jonathan Henry is part of the DSISO Canadian swimming team.   He has participated in a number of DSISO events.   In 2018 the 9th Down Syndrome World Championships took place in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada. Not only does Jonathan compete in the swimming pool, he is also involved in the sport of Curling.

COACHES WEBINAR

DSISO technical directors, Carla Cardoso (swimming) and Lolli Montico (artistic) have been discussing ways of improving communication with swimming coaches who are training swimmers with Down syndrome.  It was decided that an effective way would be in the form of webinars. Topics at these webinars will be based on requests from the countries.  Please register
